POLICIES

Shipping Policy:

Please allow for 2-5 days for order processing & shipment. Items are usually shipped via USPS with occasional UPS shipments varying on location delivery - both of which provide tracking. Shipping prices are subject to change, following the trends regarding shipping rates.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Refund/Cancellation Policies:

Immediately notified cancellation requests are honored with an automatic full refund. If you wait past 14 days, this request can no longer be honored. While WE4VA is unable to provide exchanges/refunds after shipped out, in most cases I can work with you to make things right - please talk to me if you are ever in this situation :-) 

In the event of any packages needing to be sent back and fourth, I am unable to cover any of the costs for that (unless it is my fault). Please be aware of this before you reach out regarding a refund/exchange, or cancellation.
