Shipping & Tracking
  • All orders are handmade but all items listed are ready to ship within 2-5 days (with the exception of custom orders taking anywhere from 1-3weeks with production + shipping time combined).
    **Please keep in mind that if you place your order on the weekend (FRI-SUN), additional time is needed as the post office is closed/early.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number & will be sent to you via email. Orders may take on average 2-5 days for processing.
  • WE4VA will also NOT be responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen mail. Once the package is dropped for shipping, the process is no longer in my hands & there is not much to be done on my end. Please double check your personal details and read listed policies before placing your order.
  • If you placed an order + realized shortly after that you wrote the wrong address, please contact me ASAP on my email (we4va.co@gmail.com or Instagram @we4va).
Returns/Exchange/Cancellations
  • REFUNDS/RETURNS
    When you request an order to be cancelled, an automatic refund is issued. If you receive the item and you want to return it afterwards for a refund, that request can also be honored as long as you (the customer) covers the shipping cost back to me.

    Returns/Refunds can be only honored up to 30 days past purchase date. I will refund you the purchase amount minus shipping, after receiving the returned item and making sure it is in it's original state.

    The standard shipping fee to return the item back to me will be deducted from your refund amount and I will let you know in advanced.

  • CANCEL: Please email me we4va.co@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation as soon as you can and I will reach back out to you. If you reach out after it is shipped, there is nothing I can do as it is out of my hands. If an order needs to be cancelled on my end due to an error or mistake on my end, that will easily be granted.
Adjusted Sizing Guide

When purchasing an order - you can select your specific size in length XS-XL. If you order multiple products, for example 2 bracelets with different sizes, please format the sizes in the special instructions box like pictured below.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at this moment. I hope to expand shipping destinations in the future! You can reach out to me on instagram if you are really wanting an item on my shop and I can calculate and send it to you DDU (delivery duties unpaid) depending on where you are. Reach out @we4va !!

Do you offer custom products?

YES! I LOVE CUSTOM ORDERS!!

Please fill out the form on the top tab of my store labeled "CUSTOM ORDER" or DM me personally on Instagram for any inquires. Customs status (opened/closed) will update on my IG bio and on the form itself so please keep an eye out for that.

I will need the following before getting started on customs:

- Full upfront payment via venmo (Christina-Kang-13), before the custom process begins.
- What product you'd like (Necklace, Earrings, Keychain etc).
- What style, type of chain or pendants, or any colors/themes you'd like. I will not take "anything you think would look nice" as a valid answer. Please be specific in what you'd like.
- Your full name and shipping address.

This is all stated on the form in the tab above, but please do be advised.

Custom order shipping will be the same - Free Shipping on orders $50+ (USA). Orders will be shipped most likely with USPS - processing times from 1-3 days to ship and 3-7 additional days to move through transit.

My piece came damaged, What do I do?

I take great pride in ensuring my products are packed in the safest way possible; even though they are not fragile items. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, I am happy to fix it for you! In the event that it is my fault (poor craftsmanship), I will cover shipping both ways and also fix it up. Please be aware that you will need to cover shipping if it is a courier issue - You will be asked upfront for the standard shipping fee ($5.60) by me if this is the case.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your damaged item, and attach clear pictures for proof of damage done by postage. If damage is minimal, I may be able to advise you on a quick fix. If not, I can work something out with you.
